The Brady Bunch
The Brady Bunch was an American sitcom airing from 1969 to 1974 on Friday Nights. The main plot of the show was revolved around the Brady family, an eclectic family combined of two families. Mike Brady marries Carol Martin. They and their children from different marriages, Greg, Marcia, Peter, Jan, Bobby, and Cindy, all come to live together. The show showed them going through the struggles of adjusting to one another and their own personal lives. The only other main character who was not part of the Brady family was Alice Nelson, the family's housekeeper. Even though the show had a modest runtime, its real gain in popularity was afterwards when the show became syndicated. Many other spin-off's of the show were created, but none were as popular as the A Very Brady Christmas which was the highest rated T.V movie of 1988. The song's intro has been embedded into American history as one of the most memorable T,V show intros of all time.
